In a recent interview with NBC Today, Amber Heard has spoken her heart out and said that telling till her dying day she will stand up to the fact that her ex-husband Depp has physically and emotionally abused her.

The portion of this interview was aired on “Today”. She also mentioned that the case has certainly thrown a negative light on both her and her ex-husband.

She further said that she would not fault the normal people for looking at this case as Hollywood brats at their worst. But she mentioned that it is actually much bigger than that.

In the interview Heard also said that she believed that the majority of this case trial was played and judged on the social media platforms. This was about the various memes and spoofs of the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp court case that were spread on FB, TikTok, and various other digital platforms.

When pushed hard by the interviewer whether The Rum Diary star had abused Johnny Depp to which she said she never began a physical fight with her ex-husband. However, the audio played during the trial proves that she had done so.

Johnny Depp had sued his ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 Million, stating that she had defamed him in the year 2018 wherein the Washington Post op-ed she mentioned about her domestic violence experience.

Depp and Heard, both were found guilty of defaming each other. The jury, however, awarded Depp with the win stating he has suffered significantly more damages.

Heard’s legal team has said that they intend to appeal the verdict.
